We are constantly looking for dedicated and qualified staff, First Nations and non-native. Applicants seeking a staff position with YWAM Kamiah need to:

1. Have completed a YWAM Discipleship Training School (DTS) or Crossroads DTS including outreach
2. Have a clear calling from the Lord to work with Native American and other indigenous peoples
3. Be self-motivated and like to spend time interacting, befriending and encouraging people.
4. Have sufficient and stable support for living individually in the community
